Good morning guys. I hope you’re doing well.
As we’re at the start of the week, some of us may be going to work, going back to classes (virtually) ~ we have no idea what the week will bring. We may have a rough plan, but the ins and outs, only God knows.
I just wanted to encourage us all today about prayer. If there’s one blessing we have been given is prayer, which is the ability to communicate and to fellowship with God. A time where we can thank Him, worship Him, ask Him, cry to Him. It’s a beautiful thing. And what’s even more wonderful is that we have the Holy Spirit, who is here with us and within us.

Pray ! Talk to God, communicate with Him. Be it out loud or in your heart, whilst you’re on your knees or in your car. The important thing is talk to Him. I heard something which made me smile the other day, someone said it’s the perfect time right now to be praying whilst walking around because under your mask nobody can see you anyway! I thought that’s brilliant!
“pray without ceasing,”
I Thessalonians 5:17 NKJV
Pray always, be in communion and communication with God.

Pray about it. “Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God; and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.” Philippians 4:6-7 NKJV
No matter what it is, big or small. Pray about it. Though you may think God won’t be so fussed about something so little, He cares for you! If He looks after the birds and clothes the flowers, what more of you who is made in His image and likeliness.
One of my favourite verses is “The LORD will perfect that which concerns me; Your mercy, O LORD, endures forever; Do not forsake the works of Your hands.”
Psalms 138:8 NKJV
God cares for you! So give whatever it is to Him. Be it a work project or a car problem, an assignment or a health concern. Pray about it. Whatever your ‘it’ is, pray.

The bible tells us that even when we walk through waters, God us with us (“When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; And through the rivers, they shall not overflow you. When you walk through the fire, you shall not be burned, Nor shall the flame scorch you.”
Isaiah 43:2 NKJV).
David also tells us that when we walk through the valley of the shadow of death , we shouldn’t fear because God us with us (“Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil; For You are with me; Your rod and Your staff, they comfort me.”
Psalms 23:4 NKJV)
You aren’t alone. Through you may be going through fire, keep praying , know that you aren’t alone. Even though sometimes it may be difficult to get the words out, but cry to Him. He will never leave you nor forsake you. He’s always with you. That’s not something I’m guessing or unsure about, but that’s as solid as fact!
So I pray this post helps you and encourages you to spend time in prayer today and everyday.
God bless you & have a wonderful week ♥️.
~ peace , joy & love x
