Good afternoon all!! Hope you’re doing well
So I didn’t realise until I posted, but my previous post (Don’t be the barrier to your own blessings ) was my 100th post!
This year I came in with a goal of consistency and particularly with my blog, I’ve seen the benefits of that paying off. I had my first collaboration, with Treasured creations (see the feature post here) and I’m excited to announce they another one coming soon!
Generic life update! I did finish my “year” abroad in Italy, which I will have to do a post in full later on, just a round up of my experiences, learning lessons and top tips for anyone considering studying abroad in the future. Also, I’m just preparing for my final year of uni (well of my bachelors) which is exciting.
So, generally life has been good! It’s not always going to be easy, but God is good.
One thing I’ve learnt this year is waiting on God. There’s been times when I’ve wanted to do things my own way, and I have tried to do it my own way but nothing came of it. However trusting in God, waiting on Him. And trusting the vision he has placed and given to you. Someone described to me that vision is what you see when your eyes are closed. Which sounds crazy, right? But it’s something you may not be able to physically say it’s yours yet, but you believe by faith you’ve already got it. Faith sees, prayer goes to get it!
Through everything that’s happened, another thing that has stuck with me is that DONT forget to remember.
There may be times when we may feel like God has forgotten us, that nothing seems to be going our way. Don’t forget to remember the times when God did show up. How He made a way! The children of Israel’s when facing hardship in wilderness, they began to complain and say it’s better that we are in Egypt! They forgot how God brought them out of the difficulty previously, just because they had entered a challenge. Instead of praying, they complained (exodus 16:2-3). In as much as we may look at others and wonder why do they complain, it’s very very easy for us to do, complain when things don’t go our way.
“I will remember the works of the LORD; Surely I will remember Your wonders of old.”
Psalms 77:11 NKJV
Or even without complaining, we just forget to give thanks for where God has brought you from. Where you are now might be a product of your prayer and Gods Grace! I never even thought that I would get this far in my writing, that I would achieve much. But God! Like the 10 leper’s, where only 1 of them came back to give thanks, be the one to say Thank you God. (Luke 17:11-19).
So, thank you for also reading with me, for following my blog. For sharing posts, commenting and interacting. This means the world with me. I pray that God will continue to use this platform to reach many more people. Thank you ♥️.

God bless you! And as ever,
~ peace, joy & love x
