Hey guys. I hope you’re doing well.
I just wanted to share today, and remind you that you’re doing your best. And to keep on keeping on.
When things are going good with you, it’s easy and it’s a given that you just put one foot in front of the other, and it’s natural things are moving smoothly and you move along with it.
However, there are times where you have to remind yourself, and encourage yourself to keep on going. And not to give up. And not to lose heart.
Earlier this week I shared a message on my Instagram, about praying and not losing hope. I thought I was sharing it for others but really, God was speaking through me and TO me. Because today I woke up and I just felt tired and that I couldn’t really do much, and it’s taken me reminding myself and encouraging myself to keep on going. And to keep on keeping on.
To students, if you’re still in uni, remember your end goal. Remind yourself just why you started in the first place. Don’t give up on yourself now, your future self will thank you for doing your best!
Life can often feel like the rug beneath your feet has been pulled. It’s out of our control what happens externally. But you can only control how you respond and how you encourage yourself.
One analogy is, When you’re walking don’t even notice what your left leg or right leg is doing. Because it’s natural and you keep going. However a baby, they have to intentionally put one foot Infront of the other as they find their balance. So, not that I’m calling you a baby, but I’m just saying that on some days it’s just harder to find your balance and you’re not moving as quick or as swiftly as you do. But the important thing is don’t stop moving, keep on doing your best. Keep your head held high, and keep on going.
Put one foot in front of the other and keep on keeping on!
I hope you have a good day, and be encouraged. Don’t lose heart ♥️.
