Okay, I’ll start from the beginning on this.
Now, I’m not usually one who really watches the “out of body experience” or “went to heaven and hell” videos on YouTube. I confess that they scare me a lot actually, and I usually don’t like to think that far, although I should, but there we go.
So when my friend sent me a link with a long message saying “I forgive you, and I’m sorry for anything I have done towards you, forgive me. I love you” I was worried thinking something has happened, what’s happened?
She told me to watch the link, I clicked it. And saw the title, immediately not watching it, thinking “I can’t watch this”. She said Watch it, it’ll change your life. I promise you.
With an eerie mindset, I started watching the video and long story short, I was in tears halfway through. Now I know this just sounds like watching any normal video about the judgement day, but this really hit home, as he mentioned forgiveness.
Now I know, full well, that that’s one of my issues, forgiveness. I’ll think I have forgiven someone, but if I see them, or even hear their name, I get so angry, or I’ll say words such as “I hate them.”.
But what hit home, was the fact that you holding that one grudge, for that one person, could risk you spending your eternity in heaven or hell? I thought no. Not me. Why?
It made sense though.
I make so many mistakes and I expect to be forgiven, yet there are some people I say I can never forgive.
It made me think though, that life is just too short. This life is not made for us to hold grudges or to hate. Despite what may happen, but the more you forgive the happier you will be.
It’s like, you’re having an anchor, and the more hatred you hold deep inside, the heavier it is, the heavier it gets, and it’s pulling you down.
And you may not realize the amount of baggage that caused you to have deep inside. But it’s amazing when you think about it, that – do I really forgive that person? Do I really hold that hatred in my heart.
A pastor at church on Sunday was preaching about going to heaven
“We are not going to be here on Earth forever” “Is your life a preparation for you going to heaven”
That hit home.
So, in conclusion.
Love one another.
Forgive.
Turn the other cheek.
Why? Not because that person is better than you, nor what they did is right.
But because you have been forgiven.
Because He loved you first.
I love you all
Peace & Love

Beautiful meaning.

Yeah I watched that video a while back…I make a habit of watching videos about The Rapture at least once a month. The conviction is worth it.

Once a month! Wow. That’s a lot. But you’re right, it’s that humble reminder. Thanks for the comment !❤️
